The session started with the discussion on latest trends in Banking such as Digitalization in Banking, Online banking, Real time payments like UPI. User friendliness in banking applications through personalization has made banking easier to common man.
Also explained the importance of Cyber Security, International Banking and SWIFT technology to name a few.
